Muddathir Julie is the founder of NeuroWeb Digital, a driven software engineer and data specialist passionate about helping businesses bring their ideas to life through smart, affordable web development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology majoring in Software Engineering from Eduvos, graduating in May 2023, marking the transition from student to professional.
Muddathir began his career as a Full Stack Software Developer Intern at Digital2DNA (SDP Software Solutions) from February to August 2023, where he honed his skills in modern web frameworks, database management, and software deployment.
From there, he joined Sally Ann Creed / Creed Living as a Data Analyst & Software Developer from November 2023 to July 2025. During this time, he combined technical insight with creative problem-solving, managing web systems, optimizing analytics pipelines, and improving digital performance across platforms.
Today, Muddathir works as a Software Developer & Data Engineer at Bourne Global, where he builds scalable data solutions and intelligent reporting pipelines while continuing to drive innovation in web automation and cloud-based reporting.
He takes pride in blending data, design, and development, creating solutions that not only look exceptional but perform seamlessly. For Muddathir, technology should feel personal, empowering, and built to grow with your business.

Ameer Marlie is a passionate Full Stack Web Developer and co-founder of NeuroWeb Digital — dedicated to crafting dynamic, eye-catching websites that bring brands and ideas to life through clean design and seamless functionality.
He completed the Microsoft Web Development Course in 2021, where he built a strong foundation in front-end and back-end technologies, setting the stage for his journey into software development.
Ameer graduated from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) with a Diploma in Applications Development in 2024, marking a key milestone in his professional growth and technical expertise.
Now part of the Flux Full Circle team, Ameer specializes in creating responsive, visually engaging, and performance-driven web experiences — blending creativity with precision to deliver results that stand out in the digital space.
