5. Quotes, Pricing & Payment
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Work begins once the agreed deposit is paid.
- All remaining balances must be paid before a project goes live.
- Late payments may delay timelines or suspend service delivery.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required content in a timely manner.
- Review and approve work during the project stages.
- Ensure they have rights to all images, logos, and content supplied.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds depending on the package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra cost.
8. Turnaround Times
Expected timelines will be provided before the project begins. Delays in receiving content or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- The client owns the final approved website design and content.
- NeuroWeb Digital retains rights to custom code until full payment is received.
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If a client cancels a project after work has started, payment for completed work will apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
NeuroWeb Digital will not be liable for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by:
- Third-party hosting providers
- Plugins, themes, or external software
- Security breaches beyond our control
- Client modifications after project delivery
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms (hosting, plugins, analytics, etc.). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
